cant find HCP ID after # created

I submitted Individual request to have an HCP ID created and there was a # assigned. After 1 week of the # being created, I still cannot find the individual in Concur to be able to add to an attendee list.

@ahowardbsci did you search by the HCP's name as well? 

 

Could you try the search again and take a screenshot of the search criteria you are using?

 

Also, your company might be using a connector that links to an HCP data base where you can search for the HCP and have their information pull in.
