can not view expense in available expenses

I can't find any expenses on September 27th in Available Expenses.(2 items)

But I was able to check the expenses in Available expenses I spent on other dates.

How can I check the expenses used on September 27 in Available expenses?

How to generate expenses by attaching receipt image file?
