Luke gives control to martin that works

Martin goes into concur and picks act as a delegate

Luke is in the list (only one in list)

Martin picks luke

Martin clicks start session

Acting as luke, now shows in profile

Screen contains only the Concur Training Toolkit url

MY Tasks Section does not show up

FYI - luke can go into concur and he has tasks.

@tomatolord are we sure that when adding Martin as a delegate that Luke clicked the little checkboxes for Can Submit and/or Can Approve? 

This is the only thing that would prevent Martin from seeing anything for Luke when acting as his delegate. 

I would have Luke check that he has these boxes checked.
