Wrong Cost Center

Hi,

when I need to submit the expence I view this error: 

you can only submit company credit card charges for a card issued in the country you reside. Please contact CRC for help as needed.

Years ago I knew that my cost center was settled in Italy but it's wrong as I'm working in Spain.

Can you help me to contact the CRC as I don't find any link to open a ticket?

Hello,

This looks like a company specific audit rule that has been created.  Do you know who your Concur admins are?  If so, I'd reach out to one of them and let them know you believe your cost center is incorrect.  Your admin should be able to update your cost center in your profile or submit a case to Concur for assistance on how to do this.
