Would like to get faster way to select email notificat. when "exp. report is submitted for approval"

Within the user's profile, there's a section called "Expense Preferences", where you can select several options related an expense transaction/report. 

One of them is : send an email notification when an "expense report is submitted for approval"  I think that option should be selected like a bulk instead of manually, so internally the approvers will be notified when a report is waiting to be approved and expedite the process.

@SGWSAlcala this preference should be turned on by default for all approvers, so if someone isn't receiving the notification, it is because they turned it off.

Correct!  That is the way should work. Is easier to unselect for just a couple of people who doesn't want it than going to each of them and select it because it's needed.

@SGWSAlcala Right, but when you first created all the user profiles, that option should have been selected already. Are you saying this option wasn't selected for all approvers?

That was long time ago when they where created.  Changes are done every month and now we need to revise them and make sure everyone has that selected.  We have a really large amount of users and approvers.
