Who is my financial approver for concur expenses?

In my profile settings I can see Neha Jain as my expense approver, and she is also my line manager. But I don't see her name in search box for financial approver, when I try to submit an expense report.

And each time I select anyone else, my expense is simply returned instead of guiding me on how to find my approver, or just telling who my approver is. Can you please help

@pgupta39 you probably don't see her name because she is already assigned as your default approver. If you just try to submit your report without doing the search, it will go to Neha by default. There is no need to search when you have an expense approver assigned.
