Where are flight Credits issued to a retired employee assigned, how to access?

If an employee has credits on their concur account and they retire from the company how can their manager or team access them? Thanks

@Lizdar5 I believe the flight credit actually lies with the airline. I would call your company's travel agency and see if they can pull up the credit for the employee. My guess is you want to use the credit for someone else and not lose out on it.
