When will SAP Concur seriously address their recurring monthly outages with Expense?

At the beginning of each month, admins are inundated with questions from users regarding Concur being down.  It is not a good look as to the reliability of the program to continually respond with "Concur's website is currently overloaded.  Please try again later".  I am signed up for disruption notifications yet they often do not acknowledge these outages.  Would really like to see reliability of the site be a top priority for the company.
