When Concur forces you to mark an expense personal

There was a refund from my hotel and it is popping up saying * If this transaction is Business related do not mark it as Personal ,If it is Personal ,the corresponding transactions should also be marked Personal.

@em30metz it sounds like this was a hotel stay for a business trip. Is that correct? If so, do not mark the refund as personal. This means you were incorrectly charged for something by the hotel.
