What is your experience with Virtural Card/Ghost Card payments.

My company implented using Virtural & Ghost card when paying for Lodging/Air. We haven't had the best of experience.

what is your experience with these forms of payment? and if you moved away from them what is your current setup and would you mind calling us?

We use a Ghost Card for airfare. We have issues with icons, such as $0 amounts on seat selections, incorrect amounts when a credit is used for a booking, and duplicate icons for flight changes. We have been having these issues since implementation in 2012 and have not made any progress. What are the challenges you're experiencing?
