What are the Services and Features of Essential Care - Expense?

My organization is considering adding Concur Essential Care to our Concur Expense - Professional subscription. Where can I find an explanation of the services and features for Concur Essential Care? 

Questions I would like to answer after getting more information about Essential Care:

  1. What is different about Essential Care as compared to submitting a Case to Concur Support and asking a question?
  2. If my organization rarely makes configuration changes over the last four years, what is the benefit of Essential Care?
  3. What does the Concur Consultant do?
  4. What level of guidance is provided on configuration requests?
    • Does guidance include documentation?
    • Is there documented analysis of prospective configurations?
    • Is it a phone call to answer questions?
  5. What does feature adoption recommendation mean?
    • Is that an automated email recommending we purchase a new service offering?

The only information I've been able to find about the benefits of Essential Care is a very basic breakdown of the different Expertise and Care offerings:

    • 24x7 VIP Crisis Support
    • Annual interactive site workshop
    • Job monitoring
    • Product Road Map Reviews
    • Includes all Essential Care features
