I am trying to aggregate the amounts of entry Custom item during a month, using Cognos Intelligence.
The data type of this custom item is MONEY.
When I try to run a run a report, the following error appears.
Error attempting to run report: RQP-DEF-0177 An error occurred while performing operation 'sqlOpenRe...
This troubleshooting says, "Set the Property: Transaction Access Mode to Read-Write", but I cannot find this function. It seems that only Concur employees can change this setting.
When I tried to run a report last month, I did not see this error.
Can I ask our implementation consultant to change this setting, or is there any way to avoid this error when aggregating a Custom field amount?
