WFH Equipment Reimbursement

Hi,

I have submitted my reimbursement request one week ago now and it still states 'Pending External Validation'?

Have i done something wrong with my request as i was told this should have been approved by now. 

Is there anyone i can follow up with to have this approved?

@Steve77 External Validations happen outside of the SAP Concur system. The only thing you can do is try and get in touch with your Accounting or Finance department and ask them if they can look into the issue. Unfortunately, because it is an external validation, only someone from your company can assist you. 

P.S. You didn't do anything wrong, External Validations are something your company implemented as an extra approval step.
