Vehicle ID is not updating

I have added a new car within:

  • Profile
  • Settings
  • Personal Car
  • Personal Car Registration

and have deleted the old cars I had listed there.

 

I have also:

  • Logged out of Concur and back in
  • Waited 5 hours
  • Force-refreshed the browser (Edge)
  • Used another browser (Chrome)

But when I enter a new expense, the 'Vehicle ID' dropdown shows my old cars and not my new one.

 

Please help me resolve this.

@PaulRR could you send me a private message with the vehicle ID you are trying to add, please?

 

Also, cars cannot be deleted once added to your profile, but that shouldn't prevent you from adding a new car.
