Various bugs in app and on computer where do I report them?

in app

- search for a job number I type in the job number I see it on the list so I scroll to it, BUT if I scroll to far it resets the lists as if I never searched with My search criteria is still in the search bar

- cant see the details of the charges. This is important for airline charges as I biik way ahead of time and need the ticket number so I can search the airline site to find out where it is too.

- I enter Job numner and expense type then save it. come back later to add reciept and every entry I put in has disapeared as if I never did it.

where can I report these so they will actually be fixed?

@lupuseven you can certainly let your site administrator know about these issues and have that person submit them to Concur Support.

 

A couple of the issues you mention, it would be nice to see what you are actually doing and see the system behaving how you describe. On the mobile app, you can record your screen actions. The one thing you mention about not seeing the charges for Air. Can you describe this a little more please? What do you see for Airfare in the mobile app?

 

The last thing you mention about choosing an expense type and a job number then saving should not be happening. Again, I'd like to see you replicate this and provide some screenshots if possible.
