Validation Table Update through SFTP

Hello,

We are checking the possibilities that we have in automation of the updates in Validation import table and we have one question regarding that.

Is anyone aware if the file that updates the validation table, can be placed in SFTP encrypted and schedule the the respective job to run overnight?

File Format says .pgp encrypted, it means it can be imported through SFTP.
