VAT tax reclaim through Blue dot

We are using Blue dot for tax reclaim and I'm searching for a solution on how to get our company name on hotel reservations made through Concur.   Both Concur and our travel management company said they have no way to include our company name when reservations are sent to a hotel.     Since the company name is a requirement on a hotel receipt, otherwise it's disqualified, I'm curious how others are solving for this issue.

@rmconners interesting question. I think it is better suited to posted in the Admin Group. You will need to request to join the group. You must be either a Site Admin or Authorized Support Contact for your company to be admitted to the group. You are much more likely to get a response in the Admin Group.
