Austria has special lists on cars which costs could be booked with refundable value added tax (VAT). These includes fuel, cleaning, repair, rent, etc). How did you cover that in your CONCUR configuration? A list with dropdowns? Special audit rules?
Appreciate any idea or sharing of experiences.
