Solved: Using CONCUR Mobile Only

We are a new user and I have a large number of staff that only submit mileage. Is there a way they can activate their user account without first setting themselves up on the PC based application?

@BillB all new users must login to the desktop application. Anything profile related or password related cannot be done on Mobile and must be done on the Desktop version.
