User Hidden on Company Card Transactions

Can anyone tell me why I have a couple of employees with Company Card transactions that are labeled "User Hidden" in the Company Card - Manage Transactions screen?We have the settings set to where the employee cannot delete or hide card transactions.

I’ve never seen this - we also have our settings so that employees cannot delete transactions.

Interested in hearing the explanation.

I am curious as well, as they should not be able to "hide" if the setting to delete is not turned on. The only guess I would have is that the delete setting accidentally got turned on and they deleted them during that time. I don't know. Either way, the Corporate Card Admin can re-release the transactions so they go back to being visible to the user.

Hi David,

The Company Card Administrator will always have the ability to hide unsubmitted transactions on behalf of a user. Those charges will be listed as "User Hidden" on the Manage Transactions screen. I'm guessing an administrator hid some charges on a users request at some point in the past.

I looked at the Change log and in the period where the charges are occurring and the settings were correct. I have one other administrator who takes care of the credit card transactions, I am not sure what happened but I am going to start keeping an eye on the credit card side of our account from now on. Were they specific transactions like just bank fees that are being hidden?

We have some corporate cards that are allowed cash access and noticed that when an employee takes cash out of their corporate card it shows up in manage transactions as User Hidden. I would then need to release the transaction to their account. 

We are currentlly reviewing with our systems team therefore if we find out why I will let you know.  

Also where do you go to change settings to not allow employees to delete or hide transactions ?

I believe this is the only place you would go.

Some of our transactions used to show as 'hidden' due to our credit card partner having suppressed the late fees/charges on the feed. I am not sure of your current set up, but once we found out that it was the credit card company, we were able to 'unhide' the transactions.
