User Export Allows Bulk Edit of Multiple Users

Looking at the What's Up Topic from @Jody labeled "User Export Allows Bulk Edit of Multiple Users" i cannot see how this is made available to clients. We are on the professional version of the platform and on the User Admin screen, i see no export to excel options. Thoughts?
