Updated app no longer working

I updated the app last week and now it no longer loads on my phone.

I have seen that this was an issue a few months back is there a fix to this problem??

Are you on iPhone or Android? If you are on iPhone, did you update your phone's iOS to the latest version? If not, that might be the issue. The updated app was most likely updated to work with iOS 12.

If you have udpated your phone's iOS or you are on Android, then I'm not sure what the possible issue is.
