Updated Training Materials Next Gen UI

Hello! I am an administrator for my company, and I am having trouble finding updated end user training materials for the new UI. All I can find are these: Standard - End User - Expense - English (US) | SAP Concur Training

Many of our older salesmen are not tech savvy and are completely lost with the interface changes. Can someone please help direct me to the updated training materials that were presumably released along with the new UI?
