Untimely attachment opening

Hi - we have someone that whenever he opens a line item to make a modification, if a receipt is attached the receipt will open in a new window. Is there a way to fix that? Thanks!

@c1sleigh which browser is he using and what is the receipt file format?

Hi Kevin. The user is using Firefox and it was a PDF file.

@KevinD - the user is using Firefox. I saw that someone was having a similar issue but the attachment was downloading instead of opening in a different window. The solution was to change something in Settings in Firefox. Do you think this is also the case for this issue? Thanks,

@c1sleigh that would be my guess. It is setting that tells the browser to download the pdf rather than view it. I believe that thread tells what the setting is in Firefox.
