Unknown error when add Company Card Charges to Expense Report

I'm getting a system error when I try to add company card charges to my expense report.  It flashes a quick error message but it doesn't stay on the screen long enough for me to read.  I've tried adding all charges or one charge.  It gives me the error every time.

I was able to resolve this problem by using a different web browser.
