Unknown Purchases on Expense Portal

To date, I have now received 3 x notifications of purchases on my account, all in US$ (which I have never used - am in the UK). They are for purchases that I don't recognise. I reported this to the one and only email address that  I have for Concur, and have had zero response. This is very serious. My card number is being used for foreign purchases. Does anyone know a contact that I can try to report this to, please?
