Unique Expense Report Audit Rule

We are having challenges with employees submitting multiple expense reports with the same report name.  Is there an audit rule that will prevent an employee from creating a report with the same name as one of their prior reports?

@ljackson in looking at Audit Rules, I didn't see any condition that could look at duplicate report names from the same employee. There might be a way to create a custom field in regards to this and create the rule based on the custom field.

Thank you - I am interesting in learning how other companies prevent users from submitting reporting with duplicate report names.  Any other suggested approaches to prevent this?
