Unexpected System Error

Staff member receiving error message when attempting to work on monthly expense report:

 

Application Error

Unexpected System Error. Please try your action one more time. If you encounter the error again, please forward all information, including the events leading to the system error, to your Expense administrator.

 

Please advise.

@EGWatkins I've received this type of error before and it is frustrating because it doesn't really help identify the issue. 

 

Have your users tried signing in using a different browser? Are they still having the issue? If so, can you have them tell you what they were doing when the error popped up, please? For example, they clicked Save on the report header or they just added an expense to their report, filled out the details and clicked Save.
