@Powerm01 could you provide a screenshot of what you are experiencing. The only use of the term voucher I've come across is for the Government version of SAP Concur, which is different from our Commercial version. From the looks of your company, I would say you might be using our Government version and therefore might not get any help here on the Community, as most of the members use our commercial version.
However, I do have two former teammates who train our Government customers, so I could pass on the question to them once you provide me a screenshot.
