@burkelm1 question for you...did you originally enter your bank info into SAP Concur? Some companies have bank info flow from their Payroll system into SAP Concur. In those cases, the bank info fields are locked as the info needs to be updated in your company's Payroll or HR System. I suggest checking with your Payroll department to see if they can provide some insight.
