Unable to submit report due to red flag exceptions, but no exceptions shown in report

I am unable to submit my expense report due to a message stating I have red flag exceptions, but there are no exceptions at all in my expense report.Annotation 2024-10-29 094626.png

I have encountered a case like this, that although the red flag exception has been solved when clicking on the "Submit Report" button still can not send the report. What I’ve done is create a new report and move expenses to this new report.

Hello, 

 

I have just tried this and unfortunately it didn't work. Do you have any other ideas for how to resolve?

@mmt I think I know the issue. I believe that the rule that is blocking submission was set to be visible to approvers and processors only. I've seen this happen before. However, your company has a lot of active rules and there isn't an easy way to see which one is set to not be visible to employees without going into each one. I'll see if I can figure it out. 

 

In the mean time, do you mind if I try to submit your report?

I'm having the same issue as well. I submitted my banking information 2 days ago and the system is still giving me a error message.
