Unable to submit report due to not allowing me to save 'BUSINESS PURPOSE'

I can enter all the details as per usual into my expense report, however when I go to enter the business purpose, it just provides a 'SAVING EXPENSE' message, which spins round and round until Concur times out.

I've just logging in/out.  I've tried through Edge, Chrome, from my phone.  Always get the same issue.

Anyone able to assist?
