Unable to submit a claim due to zero amount

Hi, the attached 2 examples are hotel stays, made and used up to 2 months ago. I am unable to submit the claim for my corporate AMEX, due to the amount being zero. I keep getting emails saying I must complete the lodgment, I have receipts, however it wont let me submit the claim.

Any ideas?

@JamieNapier looks like you resolved the issue. 🙂 

 

Those items can be deleted if you have already submitted the AMEX charges for those.
