Unable to sign in Admin account in Concur despite using SSO

Every user is encountering this issue in occur, and the following error message occurs.

The correlation_id is unique, and administrator is not able to sign in to raise a case to the support.
What should I do to resolve this?

@junjie_seah I'll go in to your site and get your SSO code. Maybe give that a try.
