@kanomats your manager would need to do the following:
Log in and then click Profile near the upper right part of the screen. From the little window that appears, click Profile Settings.
On the Profile Settings screen, on the left hand side, look under Expense Settings for the option that says Expense Delegates. Click this option.
On the expense delegates screen, they should see your name. There will be a row of checkboxes. They need to check Can Approve or Can Preview for Approver. If you will actually be approving for them, they should select Can Approve.
