Unable to find the vendor while expensing

While submitting the expense for the Airfare tickets submitted through CWT, I am not able to find my Air travel vendors name in the drop down list i.e. WestJet.

I'm having this same issue except my hotel is not listed.

I think so? I just ended up manually typing it into the drop box, but I am not sure if that's actually going to work and get accepted.
