Unable to claim flight expense on Concur as the status shows Pending Card Transaction

I concluded my travel around a month ago and have waited for more than 3 weeks after my flight tickets to reflect on the Concur portal for Expense claims, however the transaction still shows Pending Card Transaction. My card has already been charged and i have waited but i am just not able to claim due to this inconsistency

@vaibhav_patel85 if charges do not show up in your Available Expenses, you will need to reach out to the team at your company in charge of assigning company cards.  They can then contact the bank of the card issuer to see if there was some sort of issue.
