Unable to attach receipt to expense transaction

This happened before and now it is happening again.  It's not letting me attach receipts on some of my expenses from my purchasing card.  The option to do this (menu button) doesn't even show up on purchase.  I have cleared out my cache.  Restarted from a cold boot with no success.  This is not the first time it has happened.  Anyone else having this issue?

@Andra did you try logging in with a different browser to see if the issues still persists? This helps us better isolate the issue. 

 

If the issue still persists even after using a different browser, could you please provide a screenshot of what you are experiencing, please?
