Unable to attach Receipts to expense report

I cannot attach any receipts to my expense report, I have verified the size and that they are in Jpeg format.....  Ive tried uploading from other sources but nothing will work.

@Dantheman it appears our imaging service is having an issue. This was posted by others as well, so it is a global issue and not anything specific to you or your company.
