Unable to access screen to submit ticket



I need to start a ticket for a couple of issues we are having and I'm unable to get into that screen. I continually get the following message when I try to access that area. Is there a way I can email in a ticket? If so what is that address to email?

@hpaplham I don't know of an email address and calling the number will just tell you to go through the Help menu option where you are getting the error. 


Maybe I can help with the issue, if you want to explain it here. 🙂


I'll also send you a list of your Authorized Support Contacts. These three people do have a designated phone number they can call to speak with Support. Check the little envelope icon in the upper right near your name in a couple of minutes.
