Unable to Submit Claim within Concur Expense

Hi,

I have completed an expense claim. There are 18 receipts with 3 containing policy warnings. When I click on the Submit Claim button in the top right-hand corner I just get a spinning animation which doesn't complete. The claim doesn't actually submit. I have left if for over 30 minutes

Managed to submit using the mobile app rather than the website

I have the same problem and it has been going on for weeks. Sometimes, if I try to attach a receipt it spins forever. If I just close the tab and re open, I'll see the receipts there.  Other times, they are not there.  But either way, I have to close the tab first and reopen.
