Unable to Allocate

When I attempt to allocate a charge to a project, the control code does not populate the form. When I enter it manually I get errors and cannot submit. I have attempted this over the past several days hoping the systems will catchup to each other at some point.

@Simplex_Mike Do you work for Johnson Controls? I looked up the company name you have listed and I found that it was associated with Johnson Controls. I'll await your reply.
