Uber trip refund due to missing receipt

On June/03 I did a trip to Mexico's city and took an Uber paid with the AMEX, for some reason Uber couldn't provide me the tax receipt to upload it to the concur system, then when I claimed Uber about that they decided to refund me the trip instead directly to the AMEX, now in the concur system I have the Uber trip charge with exceptions since I don't have the tax receipt and also have the refund as another charge, what should I do? should I just remove the Uber trip since it was already refunded? Since all the AMEX  expenses were already paid now I have extra credit in the AMEX as result of the refund.

@noemtzr7483 for these two charges make sure you have No Receipt selected and uncheck the Receipt Available checkbox. Give that a try.
