Uber charge amount of $5.00

I have an Uber user, and they have a charge in Concur for $5.25. There's no receipt, and the Uber rider did not cancel any rides, nor was the rider late.  What could the charge be without a receipt?

Have you checked previous rides to see if this is the tipped amount on the receipt?  This happens with our users.  The ride receipt shows the original amount, but I believe it's when they add the tip later that causes this.  If you look at the ride history list, for example, it will show the ride of $17.00, but if open the receipt it will show a fare of $17 and a tip of $5.25.
