URGENT: Confirming bank account number but message says it doesn't match

Hello!

I went to submit mileage and was flagged to go to banking information to confirm bank details.

On this page, I tried entering my bank account number. Just the number without the zero, then with the zero, then with the transit number and with the branch number... none of this worked. 

Please assist. I need to submit this before 29Sept2022.
