Two payment types in an expense

Hello everyone!

Is it possible to have 2 different payment types in an expense? It doesn't matter if it has to be using itemization.

Please let me know.

Thank you!

@Ozielalvarez1 the user would need to create two separate entries; one for the meal on the corporate card and another entry for the cash tip. You cannot have two payment types for one entry.

What is the scenario where you would like have two different payment types?  I think of the payment type as the source of the physical payment (e.g. corporate card, cash / personal card) so should be unique for each expense.

Hi Dean!

This is for one client in Argentina. For example, they usually pay for their tips in Cash and meal using corporate card. They want to have the meal expense type related to the tip using itemization. Is it possible to have both payment types using itemization?

Please let me know.

Thank you!
