Two itineraries (one for hotel, one for flights) Concur only sees one. Can't submit expenses.

I have been struggling for weeks with Concur.  I have separate itineraries for my hotel and my flights.  Concur accepts the one for my flights.  It does not recognize my second itinerary for my hotel, and keeps asking for it.  Despite it being submitted.  I tried everything I can think of to rectify this.  How can I get it to take the second itinerary?

@eeogden when you say it doesn't recognize your second itinerary, what do you mean exactly? What is the system doing? Do you have a screenshot of what you are seeing, by chance?
