Turning off Notification

Hi everyone,

 

I'm new to this community, therefore I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to pose this question.

 

At present my boss is receiving notifications that hit his calendar directly, every time one of his direct reports travel.

 

How do I turn off this notification without impacting/keeping his personal travel from hitting his calendar?

Hello @monique_darcel 

 

The configuration of the integration between Concur and email is managed from email. So I understand that it applies the same settings apply to all emails received.

@monique_darcel I checked your site and your company has turned on a rule that notifies managers on all travel bookings. This rule would need to be turned off for your boss to no longer receive those emails that are adding to his calendar. 

 

The setting to add trips to the calendar is an Outlook setting, so if your boss doesn't want to receive the emails any longer either he turns this function off, which then he wouldn't get his own trips added to his calendar or your company's travel admin turns off the rule so that managers are not notified for all travel bookings.
