Travel expenses without Concur account

Hi,

How to be reimbursed without having to apply  for a business card? It seems that having a CONCUR account means having a business card. I have an apprentice who visited a supplier. How can he be reimbursed for his travel expenses?

@Nath I have an SAP Concur account and I do not have a Business or Corporate card. It is not a requirement. However, the apprentice will either need to have an SAP Concur profile/account set up for him to enter his expenses or you could ask Finance/Accounting/Payroll if there is some other method he can use if his reimbursements are a one-off situation. If he will be submitting business expenses regularly, then it would be better for him to have an SAP Concur account.

Expenses in SAP Concur can be created as out of pocket or manually as some might say. They do not have to be business card transactions.
