Travel expenses - how to properly settle dinner cost for a group

Hello,

we've been on business travel with couple colleagues and for some of the expenses that were for all of us (such as taxi, dinner) just one of us was paying. How should we put such expenses in the system, is this enough if we add all the names that used the service in the comment section?

Thank you in advance for your support.

@AgaK on the expense report, there should be an expense type named Business Meal or something that would indicate it was a group meal. Likely this expense type will have an option to add attendees. If you are using our Legacy UI, you will see the Attendees section below all the fields you will fill out for the expense. If you are using our NextGen UI, you will see an Attendees Link above all the expense detail fields.

For a group taxi expense, you can use the comment field to state the other riders, but this isn't really necessary unless the taxi made several stops and the price was higher than what it would have been if it were just you riding.

There is no Business Meal but thanks to your suggestion I have found "dinner" under "business entertainment" and it allowed me to add my colleagues. Thank you!
